Week three comes to a close with some great action all over the Garden State!


St. Peter’s Prep 42 Delbarton 7 | Super Football Conference

The Marauders put together one of their most complete performances in the last few years to secure a statement win over the Green Wave. St. Peter’s Prep (4-0) dominated on offense, defense and special teams on the road Saturday afternoon. Tyler Bell fired two touchdown passes to Hunter Watson and ran for another to lead the offense while the defense had a pair of interceptions, headlined by Ty’ire Clark’s 65-yard pick-six in the first half. The Marauders will now turn their focus to a monster showdown against unbeaten St. Joe’s Mont. next Saturday while Delbarton (1-3) will tussle with rivals Seton Hall Prep.

St. Joe’s-Metuchen 41 Elizabeth 20 | Big Central

QB Justin Scaramuzzo had 255 yards of combined offense with five total touchdowns to lead the Falcons (3-0) to an impressive home win on Saturday afternoon.  St. Joe’s had a 20-7 halftime lead before Elizabeth QB A’rique Fleming and the Minutemen stormed back in the third.  Fleming threw two straight TD passes to tie the game 20-20, but St. Joe’s took the lead on a Reggie Blopeh 36-yard TD catch and Scramuzzo added two more TD runs.  The St. Joe’s defense had eight total sacks and two interceptions in the win.

Manasquan 36 Shore Regional 21 | Shore Conference

Ace Etienne exploded for 253 yards and five touchdowns on the ground, while adding an interception on defense, to power the Warriors to a key divisional win against the Blue Devils. Luke Barry had a pair of interceptions in the fourth quarter for Manasquan (3-1). Logan Clark threw for 259 yards and scored three total touchdowns in the loss for Shore Regional (2-1).

Piscataway 16 Ridgewood 7 | Non-Conference

The Chiefs trailed 8–7 at halftime but surged in the second half, starting with a methodical 7-minute, 45-second drive capped by a Landon Pernell touchdown pass to Bryce Payne. The victory was sealed when defensive lineman Donald Young forced a safety. With the win, Piscataway (3–1) moves into a tie for the best record in the Big Central National Gold Division. Ridgewood (2–2) now turns its focus to an SFC showdown with Passaic Tech.

Lower Cape May 33 Absegami 7 | West Jersey Football League

Ryan Mallon rushed for four touchdowns in the first half, as the Caper Tigers cruised on the road. David Douglass also rushed for a score in the win for LCM (3-1). Logan Simpson scored a late TD for Gami (1-3) in the loss.
