Bernards 13 Mountain Lakes 5 | Boys | Group 1 State Championship
David Brothers had four goals, Logan Stevens added a hat trick and Finn Vaccaro had a five-point game to lead Bernards to its first-ever state championship. Goalie Caden Kirst had eight saves. The Rutgers commit will play in the Kirst Cup, named for his late father as the lacrosse community will crown the number one team in New Jersey.

Freshman Claudia Brennan’s goal early in the fourth quarter proved to be the game winner and goalie Marjorie Boyle made some key saves late to give the Ridgers their first girls lacrosse state championship since 2012.
