Camden 74 Paul VI 56 | Boys | Camden County Tournament Quarterfinal

Camden led by just three at the half, but pulled away down the stretch to advance in the Camden County Tournament. Kentucky commit DJ Wagner scored a game-high 26 points to lead the way. Dasear Haskins added 13 points, while Billy Richmond chipped in with 12 points for The High (22-2). Emmanuel Joe-Samuel scored a team-high 15 points for the Eagles (16-10) in the loss.

Paul VI 72 Rutgers Prep 67 | Girls

McDonald’s All-American and Notre Dame commit Hannah Hidalgo accounted for 29 points, 11 rebounds and a clutch defensive stop late in the fourth quarter as the Eagles topped the Argonauts in a battle of elite New Jersey teams. For Paul VI (18-2), it was their marquee win of the season and it came on the final day of the regular season cut-off. Rutgers Prep (16-4) got an incredible 34-point performance from junior Mikayla Blakes in the loss.

Bergen Catholic 71 Ramapo 57 | Boys | Bergen County Jamboree Semifinal

(3) No. 7 Bergen Catholic (18-7) defeated (2) No. 5 Ramapo (23-3) 71-57 to advance to the Bergen County Jamboree Final. The Crusaders led from the opening moments of the game to go ahead 31-20 at halftime. Bergen pushed the deficit to as many as 20 in the fourth quarter as sophomore Tyler McQuaid finished with 15 points while junior Brandon Benjamin had 17. Ramapo junior Peyton Seals led all scorers with 19 points. Bergen Catholic, avenging their loss to the Raiders from earlier in the season will take on rival (1) No. 3 Don Bosco in the Championship.

Ranney 75 Toms River North 60 | Boys | Shore Conference Tournament Quarterfinal

Isaac Hester delivered a sensational performance with 33 points to lead the #11 seed to the Shore Conference semifinals. Drew Buck had 17 and Jahlil Bethea chipped in with 14 to pace three Panthers in double digits. Delani Hyde led TRN with 18, highlighted by 10 points in the first quarter. Ranney built a 16 point lead in the third before TRN whittled it down to four early in the 4th quarter. But Ranney was able to pull away in the end and earn a matchup with 2nd seed Saint Rose in the SCT semifinals on Tuesday in Toms River.

Middle Twp. 42 Absegami 35 | Girls | Cape-Atlantic League Tournament Quarterfinal

The third-seeded Panthers pulled away in the fourth quarter to get by the eleventh-seeded Braves and reach the CAL Tournament semifinals. Jada Elston made nine free throws in the fourth as she finished with a game-high 29 points for Middle Twp. (19-7). Reese Downey connected on four three-pointers as she finished with a team-high 21 points for Absegami (12-12). The Panthers advance to face second-seed Atlantic City on Wednesday.
