Westwood 27 Weequahic 14 | Super Football Conference

The Cardinals leaned into their ground game and rushed for a combined 258 yards in a statement road win over the Indians. Junior Steve Klein tallied 106 yards and touchdown run and Aidan Dugan picked up 84 yards and two rushing scores in the win for Westwood (5-1). Paul Jones III paced Weequahic (3-3) with a pair of touchdown passes in the loss.

Eastern 27 Trenton 2 | West Jersey Football League

The Vikings started fast and never looked back as they took down the Tornadoes for a bounce back victory. Boston College baseball commit Logan Dawson tossed a pair of touchdowns, while Jayden Kersey rushed for two touchdowns for Eastern (3-3). Hunter Davis had a receiving touchdown as part of a stellar two-way performance in the victory. Trenton (4-2) saw a four-game winning streak end on Saturday.

Marlboro 22 Freehold Township 21 | Shore Conference

Max Luzio booted a 19-yard field goal as time expired to give the Mustangs a thrilling come from behind win over the Patriots.  Christian LaFonte had two touhdown runs and got the ball to the two yard line before QB Nick Dimino spiked the ball to set up the game winning kick.  Freehold Township QB Nick Cardone had three touchdown passes to give him 19 for the season.  His third TD pass to Noah Cancella gave the Patriots a 21-13 lead at the end of three quarters.  But LaFonte found the end zone for the second time to cut the lead to two and the Mustangs covered 54 yards in the final two minutes to set up the late game heroics.
