Northern Highlands 46 Dumont 33 | Boys | Bergen County Jamboree 2nd Round
The Highlanders used a 14-1 third quarter run and a stout defensive effort to reach the Bergen County Jamboree quarterfinals. Lucas Dipasupil poured in a game-high 22 points in the victory. Sawyer Chapler added ten points for fifth-seeded Northern Highlands (13-4). Freddy Herbst scored a team-high 13 points for 12th-seeded Dumont (12-6). Northern Highlands will face Tenafly in the quarterfinals next weekend.

Red Bank Regional 60 Scotch Plains-Fanwood 45 | Boys
Zayier Dean led four Bucs in double digits with 15 to help lead Red Bank Reigonal (15-3) to a seventh straight win a the Men’s “X” Mental showcase in Little Silver. RBR busted open a 22-21 halftime lead with a 19-10 third quarter and never looked back. Ryan Fisher had 14, Jameson Ackerman scored 13 and Braydon Kirkpatrick rounded the balanced attack with 10. RBR had just eight wins a year ago and are on the verge of doubling that amount with plenty of season to go.

Colonia 55 Monroe 49 | Girls
Colonia (14-6) picked up a third straight win following a 55-49 victory over GMC Red Division rival Monroe (11-7). After being tied 27-27 at halftime, U-Mass commit Taylor Derkack exploded for 18 second half points to give the Patriots a consistent lead throughout the remainder of the game. Derkack finished with 24 points and 17 rebounds. Monroe’s Halley Cottrell ended her afternoon with 23 points, including seven three pointers.
