Saddle River Day 88 Life Center Academy 74 | Girls | More Than A Highlight Showcase

Princeton commit Cristina Parrella flirted with a triple-double to lead the Rebels to a win over the Warrior to kick off the More Than A Highlight showcase. The senior finished with a team-high 27 points, ten rebounds, and nine assists in the victory. Faith Williamson added 20 points, while Navy commit Julianna Almeida went for 19 points for Saddle River Day (11-3). Rutgers commit Kiyomi McMiller went off for a game-high 41 points in the loss for Life Center Academy (8-10).

Rutgers Prep 89 Montclair Immaculate 62 | Girls | More Than A Highlight Showcase

No. 2 Rutgers Prep (13-3) asserted dominance in their 89-62 win over No. 4 Montclair Immaculate (12-3). Five star recruit Mikayla Blakes with a big first half had Rutgers Prep ahead 38-35 at the break. Blakes and company would push the lead to  20 in the third quarter as the highly recruited senior finished with 33 points and eight rebounds. Sophomore Ava LaMonica had 22 points.

CBA 56 Red Bank Catholic 47 | Boys

Kevin Pikiell had 19 points and Justin Fuerbacher added 16 as the Colts built a lead in the third quarter and leaned on its defense to reclaim the Founders Cup after RBC held it over the last three years.  Tyler Burnham had 13 points and 10 rebounds in the loss for the Caseys (10-4) with Colin Cavanaugh adding 12.  CBA (11-3) is now on a seven game win streak.

Ocean City 52 Lower Cape May 45 | Boys

Kori Segich scored a game-high 24 points, as the Red Raiders held off the Capers in a battle between two of the Cape-Atlantic League’s top teams. Charlie LaBarre and Pat Grimley each chipped in with ten points apiece for OC (13-1). Macky Bonner scored 17 points, while Kamauri Wright had 13 points for LCM (12-3) in the loss. The teams also held a special moment to honor former Ocean City standout Connor Laverty, who died last week at the age of 25.
