Delbarton 50 Oratory Prep 49 | Boys

Lincoln Zimmermann’s layup with 7.3 seconds remaining proved to be the difference as the Green Wave won a seesaw battle with the Rams. The senior finished with 11 points, while Michael Van Raaphorst registed a double-double in the victory. Patrick Mahoney scored a team-high 12 points for Delbarton (10-1). Patrick Conniff went for a game-high 13 points with Asher Bradley added 12 points in the loss for Oratory Prep (8-3).

Saint Peter’s Prep 59 Rumson-Fair Haven 46 | Boys

Mason Santiago had 11 of his 13 points in the first quarter and was the catalyst of a 12-0 Marauders run to start the game as Saint Peter’s Prep led wire to wire to bounce back from its first loss and reach the 10-1 mark.   Richie Rosa led the way with 14 for Saint Peter’s and Nico Pena added 10.  Nick Ribgy led the way for RFH (10-2).

Ewing 62 Paul VI 56 | Girls

No. 8 Ewing improved to 9-3 following a 62-56 upset victory over No. 7 Paul VI. A big first half from St. Joe’s commit Rhian Stokes gave Ewing a 27-23 lead at halftime. The Blue Devils pushed their deficit to double digits in the third quarter, but PVI coming alive late in the fourth got within two points as 13 seconds remain, but were unable to pull off a comeback. Rhian Stokes finished with 23 points while Fairleigh Dickinson commit Joi Johnson had 19 points, Michigan commit Te’Yala Delfosse had 14.
