Delran 2 Rancocas Valley 1 (2OT) | Boys
Andrew Grello scored the golden goal in double overtime to lift the Bears to a dramatic victory over rival RV in their season opener. The five-time defending South Jersey Group 2 champs also got a goal from Matt Wissman in regulation. Freshman Gabe Maura assisted on both goals. Justin Yarabinee scored for the Red Devils off an assist from Anthony Yarabinee.

Delbarton 3 West Morris 0 | Boys
Freshman Nate Zimmerman, playing in his first career game for Delbarton, delivered a highlight-reel goal and tacked on an assist to help lift the Green Wave to a season-opening win over West Morris. Aiden Grant and Mikey Kopeld added in additional goals in the win. JSZ’s Jay Cook has the highlights from Morristown:
Gill St. Bernard’s 4 Princeton Day 2
Gill St. Bernard’s picked up their second win of the season with a 4-2 victory over Princeton Day to start 2-0. Adam Berrocol got things started with a goal in the twentieth minute and Daniel Spataro added another. Spataro finished with two scores on the afternoon. JSZ’s Nery Rodriguez has the highlights:
