Lyndhurst 55 Rutherford 41 | Boys

The Golden Bears blew things open in the second quarter with a 21-0 run as they stayed unbeaten in the NJIC National Division. Anthony Pizzuti led the way with a game-high 19 points and ten rebounds in the victory. Ramapo commit Matthew Slaby chipped in with 14 points and ten rebounds for Lyndhurst (15-5). Chris Gioia went for a team-high 13 points in the loss for Rutherford (15-4).

Gill St. Bernard’s 84 Trenton Catholic 55 | Girls

No. 7 Gill St. Bernard’s (17-2) picked up a ninth straight win following a dominant 84-55 victory over Trenton Catholic (11-6). Boston University commit Brooke Baisley opened the game with 11 points in the first quarter to give the Knights a 26-6 lead entering the second. Baisley would finish with 28 points and seven rebounds while U-Conn commit Gandy Malou-Mamel finished with 13 points and 11 rebounds.
