Kearny 1 Saint Peter’s Prep 1

The Pirates scored an early goal from Antonio Cellegari and got a stellar effort in goal from Ulises Rodriguez during extra time to earn a tie with the #3 team in the state.  Rodrigo Valera scored the equalizer later in the first half and the rest of the game saw outstanding goalkeeping from both Marcello Medrano and Rodriguez.  Watch the highlights of an outstanding early season matchup:

Piscataway 4 Linden 0 – Boys Soccer

Wednesday’s battle between Linden and Piscataway began as mostly a defensive game with no score from either team at halftime. In the opening minutes of the second Piscataway would get on the board with a goal from George Louis Ferdinand. He would eventually add two more scores to complete a hat trick in the Chiefs 4-0 victory over Linden. Watch the highlights: 

Bound Brook 4 Rutgers Prep 0 – Boys Soccer

The Bound Brook Crusaders shutout the Rutgers Prep Argonauts 4-0 in their 3rd win of the season. Isaac Guerrerro scored 2 goals, while Erick Morales and Tony Ibarra had 1 a piece. Check out full highlights now:

Sitting at a unique 1-1-1 record, the Trinity Hall Seraphs used a two-goal first half to power them to a divisional win against Shore Conference foe Mater Dei Prep. JSZ has the highlights:
