The Pirates scored an early goal from Antonio Cellegari and got a stellar effort in goal from Ulises Rodriguez during extra time to earn a tie with the #3 team in the state. Rodrigo Valera scored the equalizer later in the first half and the rest of the game saw outstanding goalkeeping from both Marcello Medrano and Rodriguez. Piscataway 4 Linden 0 – Boys Soccer
Wednesday’s battle between Linden and Piscataway began as mostly a defensive game with no score from either team at halftime. In the opening minutes of the second Piscataway would get on the board with a goal from George Louis Ferdinand. He would eventually add two more scores to complete a hat trick in the Chiefs 4-0 victory over Linden. Watch the highlights:
