The Panthers turned on the jets in the second half to beat the Eagles going away. D.J. Wagner poured in a game-high 25 points for The High (10-2). Cornelius Robinson added 13 points in the win, while Aaron Bradshaw and Cian Medley scored 11 points apiece. Emmanuel Joe-Samuel scored 21 for PVI (8-3) in the loss.

Rumson-Fair Haven 66 Newark East Side 63 | Boys

Scott Gyimesi had 26 points and 18 rebounds and the Bulldogs sank 11 three-pointers to pick up their third straight win. David Olaniyi and Sutan Fitzpatrick had 16 points apiece to lead East Side. JSZ’s Rich Chrampanis has the Saturday afternoon action from Rumson:

Holmdel 60 Haddon Heights 50 | Girls

The Hornets surged in the second half to pull away from the Garnets and score a win for the Shore Conference at the South vs. Shore showcase. Alexandra Loucopoulos scored 15 of her team-high 18 points in the second half to help Holmdel (9-4) pick up its third-straight win. Katherine Martini (14 points) and Allison Cannon (12 points) also reached double-figures in the win. Madison Clark dropped a game-high 26 points in the loss for Haddon Heights (11-1).
