Jersey Sports Zone brings you two more games from the diamond as spring break baseball comes to a close!

Cranford 7 Union 2

Cranford avoids an upset thanks to a 7-run sixth inning sparked by catcher Sebastian Morales plating two on a safety squeeze to break a 2-2 tie followed by a Ryan Carracino three-run homer to put the game away.  Union scored two runs in the top of the 6th on a bases-loaded walk and hit by pitch before Cranford left fielder Dennis McCaffery ended the threat with a sliding catch that saved a pair of runs.  Cranford is now 7-0 on the season.
