Ramapo 31 Old Tappan 24 | Super Football Conference

The Golden Knights’ impressive 12-game win streak was snapped by the one team who has had their number for each of the last two seasons. Ramapo (7-0) stunned Old Tappan (6-1) with a five-interception performance from the defense and a monster day from WR Zach Schnorrbusch. The senior caught 11 passes for 206 yards plus a touchdown, while also snaring two interceptions in the win. Ramapo QB Landon DePrima accounted for three total touchdowns Friday night. Old Tappan trailed 31-10 at the end of the third quarter but rallied back in – Evan Brooks hauled in a pair of touchdown passes in the loss.

Caldwell 42 Cedar Grove 28 | Super Football Conference

Caldwell (7-0) remains undefeated following a 42-28 victory over Cedar Grove (7-1) to hand the Panthers their first loss. Caldwell began the game with an interception and touchdown reception from Nick Mignone to lead 7-0 after the first quarter. There would be several lead changes in the second half as an interception returned for a touchdown from Julian Casale with time expiring put Caldwell ahead 35-28 to end the third quarter, another touchdown and interception put the game out of reach for Cedar Grove late. The Chiefs defense had four interceptions while quarterback Nick Mignone threw for 293 yards and four touchdowns, he also had 65 rushing yards and a rushing score. Cedar Grove’s Stephen Paradiso completed 40 of his 66 throws for 463 passing yards and four total touchdowns while wide receiver Nick Iannacone had 189 receiving yards for two touchdowns on 10 catches for the Panthers.

Rumson-Fair Haven 24 Marlboro 3 | Shore Conference

The Bulldogs struck two long touchdowns in the first half and the RFH defense was lights out to hand Marlboro its first loss of the season.  Rumson QB Owen O’Toole threw a 41-yard TD pass to Jordan Angstreich and Kellen Murray busted a 66-yard touchdown run as part of a 17-0 first half.  Griffin Kolb added an 11-yard TD run to close out the scoring as RFH broke a four game losing streak.

Seneca 13 Cinnaminson 9 | West Jersey Football League

The Golden Eagles leaned on its defense in the fourth quarter to lock down the previously unbeaten Pirates and pick up their fourth-straight win. Jamar Warthen hauled in a touchdown, and sealed the victory with one of Seneca’s three interceptions. Sacred Heart commit Zac Fearon rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown in the win for Seneca (6-1). Kyle Willis ran for 61 yards and a touchdown in the loss for Cinnaminson (7-1).
