The first Friday of the new year brings some fantastic matchups on the hardwood. Elizabeth reigned supreme in a Union County battle with Westfield, Kingsway stayed red-hot in the Tri-County Conference, plus Jada Lynch delivered a jaw-dropping performance for St. Rose against state champion RBC in girls hoops. Stay tuned as the highlights are posted throughout the night!

Saint Rose 61 Red Bank Catholic 54 | Girls

Jada Lynch turned in one of the best individual performances of the season with an incredible 40 point, seven rebound effort against the defending Non-Public “A” champions.  Lynch suffered a cut above her eye early in the second quarter and was forced to leave the game for most of the second quarter but was able to come back and score right before the half and continued her scoring onslaught in the second half.
