Wall rallies from 5-0 down to reach Monmouth County final

Drew Jarkowsky’s RBI single in the bottom of the 7th helped Wall cap off an impressive comeback to reach the Monmouth County Tournament championship game. The Crimson Knights fell behind 5-0 in the second inning before scratching out three runs in the fourth inning and three more in the sixth. Jackson Coan’s 2-run single makes it a 6-5 game and Nick Lovarco tied the game at 6 with an RBI single. Andrew Fischer went 3-4 with a run and pitched a scoreless seventh to earn the win in relief. Wall will face Middletown South for the Monmouth County championship this Wednesday at Brookdale Community College. JSZ’s Rich Chrampanis has the highlights from Wall:
