The Soaring Eagles need to replace 17 starters from last year’s 9-2 squad, but Union City won’t change the way they play on the rooftop at one of the country’s most unique home-field advantages. With Jean Alvarez and his 25 TD’s gone, look for Devin Gonzalez to be one of the key cogs of UC’s Wing-T offense. Gonzalez shifts from halfback to fullback, a vital position in the unique offensive formation.
