Ocean Ice Palace hosted the Shore Conference Senior Hockey Showcase. Freehold Township’s Max Halvorsen, Central’s Mike Mania and CBA’s Corey Clifton combined for 236 goals in their high school careers and joined forces to put on a dazzling display in Brick
The Shore Conference’s top hockey seniors laced up the skates one more time at Ocean Ice Palace in the Shore Conference Senior Showcase. The Shore Conference hockey coaches announced that the showcase will now be named the Bob Aueriemma Senior Showcase in honor of the longtime Brick Township head hockey coach. The American All-Stars scored the final five goals of the game in an 8-2 win over the National All-Stars. Central Regional’s Mike Mania was the American MVP with two goals and two assists while Toms River North’s Tom Pica took National MVP honors with a goal and an assist.
