Marauders Have High Hopes With Top-Flight Offense
Losing a dominant senior class is never easy, but not many schools in the country are in the same boat as St. Peter’s Prep as they said goodbye to three U.S. Army All-Americans from last year’s squad in Shayne Simon and the Ademilola twins — Justin and Jayson. But by looking at how they practice, you’d never know the Marauders are missing that talent. One of the state’s most dynamic offenses will be docked in Jersey City this year as St. Peter’s Prep sails into 2018 with a host of Division I commits on offense. Quarterback Maasai Mayor (Navy) and wideouts Chase Jones (Wake Forest) and Ayir Asante (Lehigh) have plans to light up the scoreboard all season long.
