Marlboro’s season had plenty of incredible moments, but it’s hard to beat longtime manager Shlomo Nachum scoring his first varsity basket in the state playoffs.  We paid a visit to the Mustangs for a special Monmouth Building Center Game Ball presentation.  Shlomo gives an inspirational speech that shows us what sports is all about!

The Marlboro boys basketball season came to an end on Wednesday after the Mustangs fell to Sayreville in the Central Jersey Group 4 quarterfinals.  An 18-7 year had so many great moments including a trip to the Shore Conference finals.  In the state playoffs, the entire Marlboro community rejoiced as longtime manager Salomon “Shlomo” Nachum suited up and scored a basket late in the Mustangs playoff win against Princeton:

Shore Sports Zone stopped by Marlboro practice to surprise Shlomo Nachum with a Monmouth Building Center Game Ball.  He gives a speech that any Oscar winner would envy!

We can capture special moments like this because of great sponsor support.  Thanks to Hit Training for sponsoring our Marlboro Mustangs coverage all year long and Monmouth Building Center is the reason we can honor athletes every single week with Game Balls.
