Jack Solano made just four free throws in the first two quarters, but he erupted for 28 in the second half in a scoring display reminiscent of former RFH Bulldog great Brendan Barry. Solano’s 32 points allowed RFH to hold off an upset bid from Raritan in a 60-54 battle from Friday night in Rumson. The Rockets dialed in with six three-pointers in the first half and had a 22-15 lead, before RFH closed the second quarter with six straight points. Solano hit a three pointer to start the third quarter and went on to explode for 18 points in the third and ten more in the fourth. He had six three pointers in the final two quarters as RFH improves to 2-0 on the season. Watch the Solano show and more from a great game:
