Nolan Slattery scored 9 points in the second quarter on the way to a 15 point effort in the Purple Roses road win at Ranney. Corey Natofskey led the Panthers with 14 points. The Purple Roses improve to 6-6 on the season. The Saint Rose girls made it a sweep with a 77-25 win over Ranney.
Monmouth Building Center Game Ball voting on Sunday
Last week we had thousands of votes for Monmouth Building Center Game Balls. Southern Regional’s Bianca Nicolini and Red Bank Regional’s Anthony Mitchell took home the honors. Coming up on Sunday on SSZ, we’ll post the top performers from the past week in high school hoops on both the boys and girls sides. Voting will stay open until Tuesday at 4pm. Also on Sunday, we’ll have voting for an SSZ Game Puck for the top high school hockey performance
