Mick Messemer will lead the Lancers icers in 2014
St. John Vianney has hired Mick Messemer to coach the Lancers varsity boys ice hockey program. Messemer has spent the past five years as an assistant at Manalapan High. He played high school hockey at Brick Memorial, reaching the state finals in 2002-03.
“I want to start winning right away, but I also want to build on the SJVHS tradition and keep it going for the next 5-10 years,” Messemer said in a press release.
The Lancers finished 6-11-2 in 2013-14.
