St. Peter’s Prep 76 Hudson Catholic 74 | Boys

No. 6 St. Peter’s Prep improved to 11-1 following a 76-74 comeback victory over. No. 4 Hudson Catholic. The Marauders trailed 47-33 at halftime before roaring back in the fourth quarter to take a one point lead to begin. A back and forth match up continued and after a costly turnover with just over five seconds remaining from Prep, Hudson Catholic with the chance to make it a three point game at the free throw line late missed both of their free throws which led to a game-winning buzzer beating three for sophomore Richie Rosa. Rosa finished 11 points while Nico Pena went for 26 points, including four three pointers.
