Sara Szynal scored five goals including the first two of the contest as Summit won its third consecutive Group 2 girls lacrosse state championship. Jillian Swikart and Morgan Steinhacker scored 11 seconds apart to get the Lady Bulldogs within 3-2, but Summit scored two goals in the final 1:31 of the half to take a 5-2 lead. Maggie Jennings scored two goals in the second half, but RFH would never get closer than a three goal deficit. The Lady Bulldogs season comes to an end with a 23-2 record:
