Frank Papalia is the new man in charge of the Garnet Gulls football program following the retirement of John Wagner. Wagner won 51 games in seven years at Point Beach including the school’s first and only sectional championship. Last year, Point Beach reached the sectional finals and Papalia is excited to see what his team brings in 2018. JSZ’s Bryan DeNovellis takes us inside the Point Pleasant Beach football program:
