The Trenton Thunder honored one of its hometown faithful as they welcomed Trenton Central alumni and current Penn State safety, Ja’Ayir Brown. This past college football season Brown was tied for most interceptions in the country with six and is projected to be a possible second round pick in next year’s NFL Draft. Athletic ability is just one phase of Ji’Ayir Brown’s game, with no offers after high school, Ji’Ayir would work alongside his mom in a factory before playing in junior college and then received an offer to play for Penn State. Brown enters his senior year as one of the Nittany Lions top defensive prospects. JSZ’s Nery Rodriguez has the story from Trenton:
