Jersey Sports Zone was at the University of Delaware for one of the biggest wrestling showcases in the country. Blair Academy returned to Beast of the East and dominated and nine New Jersey wrestlers stood on top of the podium. Watch the matches of all the winners!
Blair Academy returned to Beast of the East after a year off and won the team competition for the 22nd time with a dominating performance highlighted by five individual champions. In all, 15 New Jersey wrestlers reached the finals with nine total champs. Delbarton’s Cameron Sontz finished 2nd at 106 pounds falling to Faith Christian’s Joe Bachmann 3-0 while Rumson-Fair Haven’s Hudson Skove had to medical forfeit at 215 to finish second.
