The Snapple Bowl was created 25 years ago by a man named Marcus Borden. Borden had a vision of a all-star game between Middlesex and Union County that would donate money to a charity for children. Never did he imagine though that his efforts would be such a success. Over the last 24 years the Snapple Bowl has raised 640,000+ dollars for the Children’s Specialized Hospital in Union and the Lakeview School in Edison, both organizations that help children with physical and mental disabilities.
