Holmdel’s Jack Cannon wins 2025 JSZ Zoneman Trophy!
Holmdel quarterback Jack Cannon is the 2025 winner of JSZ’s Zoneman Trophy presented to the most outstanding player in New Jersey high school football. Cannon put up mind boggling numbers in his senior season throwing for 2,747 yards and 30 touchdowns along with running for 1,673 yards and 33 scores. The Dartmouth commit led the Hornets to the school’s first section title in 53 years. JSZ pulled up to Holmdel to bring the trophy and tell the story of a remarkable season by a special player.
Cannon had 29 of 56 first place ballots from coaches and media around the state. Winslow Township QB Jalen Parker was the runner up with St. Joe’s-Montvale’s Nate Bailey coming in third. A special thanks to the coaches and media who cast their ballot.
