Manasquan 11 CBA 3 – SCT Boys Final

Canyon Birch scored his 100th goal of 2018 as part of a five-point game as the Warriors avenged a 6-4 regular season loss to top the #1 seed and earn a second straight Shore Conference championship.  Ryan Anderson scored four goals and Mike LaPoint had 12 saves to lead Manasquan who handed CBA their first loss of the season.  JSZ has the highlights and post-game reaction from Monmouth University:

Rumson-Fair Haven 11 Manasquan 7 – SCT Girls Final

Gill Curran scored three first-half goals and freshman Chase Boyle added a pair of scores in the second half to give RFH a remarkable sixth consecutive SCT title.  Manasquan rallied from 5-2 down in the first half to tie the game at 6.  Curran’s third goal of the game gave Rumson a 7-6 lead at the half.  Jenna Harms second goal of the game got the Warriors within 8-7, but RFH closed the game out with three straight goals.  JSZ has highlights and post-game reaction from Monmouth University:
