Being named a McDonald’s All-American is considered the top honor for a high school basketball player. Mainland’s Kylee Watson is certainly worthy of that honor. The Oregon commit led the Mustangs to a Group 3 state championship last winter, and recently broke Mainland’s all-time career points record. Watson has 1,763 career points and counting. She was the only player selected for the girls or boys game from the Garden State this year. The 2020 McDonald’s All American game is set for April 1st, in Houston.
