Mainland has Momentum as Mustangs Seek First Playoff Win Since ’08

After back-to-back (1-9) seasons, the Mustangs turned things around in a big way last fall. Mainland went (8-3) for its first winning season since 2008, and captured the West Jersey Football League Independence Division title.

With the buzz back in the once-proud program, the ‘Stangs are hopeful for even more success this fall. Seniors Drew DeMorat, Brayden Pohlman and Amir Vick will lead a Mainland defense that should be stout. Senior WR Jake Cook and freshman RB Jabriel Mace are a pair of players to watch on offense.
