There’s no other way around it: 2021-2022 has been a magical year for Livingston hockey. The Lancers achieved a preseason goal Saturday night by clinching first place in the NJIIHL’s McInnis Division after a commanding 3-0 win over division rival Westfield (14-4.)

Livingston (17-1-3) was fueled by a two-game effort from Dillon Schultz while senior goaltender Zach Turbin held the fort down with a 20-save shutout.
