Julia Jackson is hoping to close out her Scotch Plains-Fanwood career in style on the track this spring. The Duke University commit ran the fastest 400 meter time in the country during the indoor season, after winning a pair of Meet of Champions titles for the Raiders during the 2021 outdoor season.
