Hunterdon Central 9 Voorhees 3 – HWS County Baseball Championship
Hunterdon Central has been a Mid-State baseball power for decades, but recently the Devils have failed to win a HWS Title. Luckily, the 2018 team ended the five year drought. Junior lefty, Joey DeChiaro, kept the Voorhees Vikings off balance at the plate, while Pete Cuifreda and Peter Cosentino contributed multiple hits and RBIs for the Red Devils who defeated the Vikes 9-3.
