It’s been quite the run for Howell Wrestling. The Rebels tacked on another “W” to extend their lengthy win-streak to 67-straight dual meet wins on the heels of a 30-28 instant classic against South Plainfield Thursday night. Howell started off with back to back win, but South Plainfield strung together three-straight bonus point wins in the lower weights. Howell’s Paul Jakub spurred a four-match run for the Rebels after a third period pine and Joe Sardina avoided a pin from South Plainfield’s nationally-ranked Zach DelVecchio in the final match at 220 pounds.
