After rushing for over 2,000 yards as a sophomore, Division I recruit Johnny Martin will try to help Highland make history this year. The Tartans have never won a South Jersey title, but Highland returns enough talent to be right in the mix in Group 4. With a handful of DI offers himself, senior linebacker Brad Small will lead the Tartans on defense. Senior Josh Ortiz will anchor the lines, and Kasim Randall-Dale is a player to watch as well.
