St. Joseph Metuchen’s Adam Boucher is one of Middlesex County’s premiere pitching talents. Boucher finished 2019 with just 15 earned runs, 25 hits allowed and 72 strikeouts to bring his career total to 101. As a Senior campaign looked unlikely just a few weeks ago for the Duke University commit, he got the chance to lace it up once again for the Falcons in the Last Dance Baseball Tournament and made the most of the opportunity by striking out seven batters and allowing no hits or runs.
