Gaetani Drives in Seven in win over Rival Hudson Catholic

Caitlin Gaetani was absolutely in a groove back on April 12. Gaetani went 4-5 at the dish, clobbered a pair of home runs and logged seven RBI as her Bayonne Bees secured a 15-6 win over Hudson Catholic. Gaetani’s 2,975 votes accounted for nearly 41 percent of the total vote share to win the honor.

Morris Catholic’s Mockenhaupt Does Damage in Circle, at Plate

The Crusaders leaned on senior Carly Mockenhaupt big-time last week when she delivered a stellar performance against Madison. On April 20, Mockenhaupt pitched a five-inning complete game no-hitter and then went 2-4 with a home run and 4 RBI on offense. She brought in just over 45 percent of the votes (3,036 tallies) to win the honor.
