Sam Catalano’s goal with 3:05 to go in the third period was the game-winner as the Bulldogs open the season with a one-goal win. Joe Crawford gave Freehold Boro a 1-0 lead early in the second period, but the advantage was short-lived thanks to Blake Lerner’s goal just 42 seconds later.
