The Campanile Family has established a reputation as the “first family” of North Jersey football. From their time on the field as high school players to the various Non-Public programs they’ve coached at – Vito, Anthony, Nunzio and Nick have all carved out their own successful paths on the gridiron.

Two of those paths crossed this weekend. Vito and Nick shared Thanksgiving together on Thursday night. Nearly 24 hours later in the Meadowlands, they each led their respective teams (Bergen Catholic and DePaul Catholic) to Non-Public state championships.

Although you’ll ever get them to admit it, it was a special night for a family that’s certainly had their fare share of big moments. It literally took blood, sweat and tears for the Campanile’s to share a great memory
