It was a scoreless defensive battle in Holmdel for 45 minutes of play until Dominic Bellomo put in a goal for CBA off a loose ball in the 46th, then Kevin Brennan let loose on a rocket and scored in the 66th. Goalie Shane Keenan was able to take care of the rest for the No.1 seeded Colts as Christian Brothers Academy came away with a 2-0 win over Bishop Eustace. CBA advances to take on Delbarton in what will be their 16th appearance in the Non-Public A Title Match, and the colts will looking to capture their 7th state title in score history.
