Shabazz 20 Bayonne 0 | Super Football Conference
Nasir Richardson had a 70 yard interception for a touchdown to highlight a dominant defensive performance by the Bulldogs (3-1) who slowed down a Bayonne offense that averaged 27 points a game coming into Monday night. Jeremiah Bowen scored a 7-yard touchdown run in the final minute of the second quarter to give Shabazz a 14-0 halftime lead with Richardson closing out the scoring late in the third. Bayonne drops to 3-2 on the season.

Phillipsburg 42 St. Joe’s (Met.) 31 | Big Central Conference
No. 16 Phillipsburg football (4-1) outscored St. Joe’s (Met.) (2-2) 21-3 in the final 13 minutes of action as the Stateliners defeated the Falcons 42-31 on Monday. Down 24-21 with 1:00 left in the 3rd, sophomore Markus Jordan returned a kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown to start their run. They scored again with 7:30 with junior RB Vincent Berger scoring from a yard out. The Falcons answered back with a 1-yard rushing touchdown by senior QB Cole Seyler, but P’Burg responded and clinched the win with 3:00 remaining as junior FB Xavier Campbell-Graham scored his second touchdown.
Campbell-Graham had 116 rushing yards, while senior RB Shane Moore led the team with 134 rushing yards and one touchdown. Junior DB David Pacewicz also had a pick-six which started the scoring for the ‘Liners early in the 1st. Seyler threw for 328 yards and two touchdowns, both to Dillon Diaz, in the loss.

Middletown South 21 Manasquan 17 | Shore Conference
After falling behind with just over five minutes to go, Owen Maguire ripped off a 79-yard kick return touchdown to give the Eagles the lead for good in a Shore B-North division battle. Lehigh commit Justin Rosato rushed for a pair of touchdowns, while Ryan McCarthy forced a pair of late takeaways to seal the deal for Middletown South (3-2). Dax Klein went for over 100 yards on the ground with two touchdowns in the loss for Manasquan (2-3).

Penns Grove 24 Woodbury 12 | West Jersey Football League
Penns Grove (4-0) did not win a game in 2025, but the 2026 season has been a complete 180. The Red Devils have won their first four games, with the latest victory coming against Woodbury (2-3), marking the program’s first win over the Thundering Herd since 2019. Javion Thomas and Terrell Thomas (no relation) each rushed for two touchdowns, while Javion, a freshman, led all rushers with 145 yards.

Freshman quarterback Julian Broughton threw two touchdown passes, as the Panthers defense earned its second shutout of the season. Christian Cope and Hemi Atkinson had TD catches for Middle (3-2), while Davon Anderson rushed for a score. Sylar Kennedy had an interception for the Hawks (1-3) in the loss.
