Toms River South 2 Monmouth Regional 1 | Boys | Shore Conference Tournament Group Stage
Chris Howe took a feed from Liam Browne in the 73rd minute to give the Indians a 2-0 lead and held on to pick up a big three points in Shore Conference Group 4 play. TRS took a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute on a Liam Cottrell goal. Monmouth scored less than one minute after Howe’s goal from Victor Silva. Toms River South is now 3-3-1 and 1-1 in Group 4 stage play while the Falcons drop to 4-3 and 0-2 in the World Cup style qualifying for the Shore Conference Touranment.

Randolph 1 Roxbury 0 | Boys
No. 5 Randolph boys soccer (6-1) continued their winning ways Tuesday night with a 1-0 victory over archrivals Roxbury (4-3-1). The lone goal was scored by junior Anthony Gaccione in the 54th minute off an Ian Yorks assist. The win marks the Rams’ 6th straight win since dropping their season opener, and their 5th shutout over that span.

Ocean Township 3 Toms River East 2 | Boys | Shore Conference Tournament Group Stage
The Spartans feasted on set pieces all night long to hand the Raiders their first loss of the season and score a key win in Group 3 of the Shore Conference Tournament. Amari Dunn delivered with just over ten minutes to go and his goal proved to be the difference in the victory. Louis Vitale added a goal, while Luciano Ibarra had a pair of assists for Ocean Township (5-2, 2-0). Malcom Smith and Ayden Salazar scored in the loss for Toms River East (5-1, 1-1).

Allentown 2 Princeton Day 2 (OT) | Girls
In a rematch of last season’s CVC Final, the Group 2 state runners-up and Non-Public B South runners-up battled to a hard-fought draw. Sophomore Gabby Tate tallied both goals for Allentown (3-3-1), while freshman Maya Rosenblat scored twice for Princeton Day (4-1-1), recording her first varsity goals. This marks the second straight regular-season meeting between the programs to end in a tie.
