Washington Twp. 1 Clearview 0 | Boys

In the 17th minute, sophomore Ryan McGuigan delivered a beautiful pass to Wadee Elbaroudi, who finished with a header. The duo connected for the lone goal of the game as Washington Twp. (2-0) remained unbeaten with a victory over Tri-County Royal Division rival Clearview (2-2).

Ramapo 2 Northern Highlands 1 | Boys

No. 13 Ramapo is 3-0 to start their Group 3 state title defense in 2026. The Raiders defeated arch rivals Northern Highlands 2-1 on Monday night to reach said mark for what is their 21st straight win dating back to last year.

After a Justin Madigan goal in the first half for the Raiders, the Highlanders evened it up early in the second half with a goal from senior Jordan Guo. Then, in the 61st minute, sophomore Will Boothby scored the eventual game-winner off a rebound and off the crossbar after his brother James’ initial shot was blocked. The Raiders dominated the game defensively, allowing just two shots on goal the entire 80 minutes.

 Shore Regional 0 Freehold Twp. 0 (OT) | Boys

Blue Devils senior defender Jackson Motzenbecker made two key plays on the goal line including a body sacrificing play near the post in overtime to help the Blue Devils (1-1-1) earn a scoreless draw.  Freehold Township is now 4-1-1 on the season.

Toms River South 0 Southern 0 (OT) | Boys

The reigning SJ group 4 champion Rams and the Indians battled to a 100-minute draw in Shore Conference A-South division action on Monday. Jayden Catusco had six saves in net for Toms River South (2-2-1). Riley Hunt matched Catusco all afternoon as he finished with eight saves on the day for Southern (1-1-2).
