Livingston 8 Verona 3 | Boys | Essex County Tournament Final
For 12 seasons, Seton Hall Prep ruled the Essex County boys lacrosse tournament. After winning 12 straight county titles, the Pirates elected to opt out of this season’s ECT, opening the door for a championship matchup between previously undefeated fourth-seeded Verona (12-1) and seventh-seeded Livingston (11-6). Will Davis recorded his fifth straight hat trick, while Dylan Levine made 11 saves in goal as Livingston captured its first-ever Essex County title, becoming just the second program to win the championship since 2012.

Morristown 8 Chatham 7 | Girls | Morris County Tournament Final
No. 8 Morristown girls lacrosse (11-4) are once again Morris County Tournament champions after knocking off defending champions No. 6 Chatham (9-6) 8-7 on Saturday at Drew University. This marks their third county title in the last four years.
The Colonials were led by Michigan commit Caroline Condon who scored a hat trick and made a key defensive play in the final minutes, knocking the ball out of Peyton Furst’s stick as she was about to shoot for the possible game-tying goal. For her efforts Saturday and in the tournament as a whole, she was named MCT Most Valuable Player.
Condon was followed by George Mason commit Mayson Davie, who had two goals. Furst was the leading scorer for the Cougars with two of her own.
