The reigning Group 3 state champions came out swinging in their Friday morning matchup. The Greyhounds launched four home runs from Marist commit Brent Walulak, Fordham commit Liam Velit, Villanova commit Logan Downey, and sophomore Brenner Pourghassem, who hit his first varsity home run. Northern Burlington (7-0) is riding a 13-game winning streak dating back to last season. Anthony O’Rourke drove in the lone run for Allentown (4-3).

Cedar Creek 8 Holy Spirit 3
Rutgers commit JJ Watkins had three hits, including two doubles, as he drove in four runs to lead the way for the Pirates. Creek (3-2) scored all of its runs with two outs in this one. Breckin Weiss drive in two runs for Spirit (6-2) in the loss.
