Will Hickman delivered a masterful performance on the mound to power the Mustangs in a pitcher’s duel with the Red Raiders. The senior turned in a complete game shutout, allowing just one hit with nine strikeouts in the contest. Hickman now has 14 straight innings of shutout baseball after tossing a shutout against Vineland last Wednesday. Colton Donahue and Bradley Delaney drove in run in the win for Mainland (4-1). NJIT commit Kam Street allowed two runs over five strong innings while racking up ten strikeouts for Ocean City (1-3). These teams will meet again tomorrow at 2pm in Linwood.

Hightstown 10 Notre Dame 6
The Rams delivered an offensive clinic from the opening frame, powering Hightstown (3-2) past Notre Dame (1-2). Anthony Benitez went the distance on the mound, striking out six while also contributing an RBI at the plate. Devon Decker, Zachary Nagle, and Manny Gonzalez each drove in two runs. Through his first five games of his sophomore campaign, Nagle leads the team with 10 RBIs. This Rams offense continues to produce at a high level, now averaging just under 11 runs per game.
