Robbinsville 10 Hopewell Valley 6

Pitt commit Tyler Bunnell shined on a cloudy day, delivering strong performances both on the mound and at the plate. The senior went 2-for-3 with three RBIs, while pitching six innings, allowing just one earned run, and striking out a season-high eight. Ben Diaz matched the game-high with three RBIs as Robbinsville (2-1) earned a CVC Colonial Division win over Hopewell Valley (3-1).

Red Bank Regional 7 Shore Regional 2

Matt Huss had a 3 RBI game with Joe Henry and Casey Lillis had two RBI’s apiece to give the Bucs an early two game sweep of the Blue Devils. Lillis threw four shutout innings after giving up two runs in the bottom of the first with Jason Huss pitching two shutout wins to seal the victory. Riley Smaltini drove in a pair of runs for the Blue Devils.
