North Hunterdon-Voorhees 4 Robbinsville-Allentown 0 | South Co-Op Final

The North Hunterdon-Voorhees (19-6-1) defense has been on a legendary postseason run, allowing zero goals through four playoff games. Logan Konstalid has recorded 104 saves during that stretch, posting his fourth straight shutout while shutting down one of the state’s top offenses. Six Lions recorded a point, with four different goal scorers, including captain Josh Kelco, who scored his first goal since January 23. The fourth-seeded Lions shut down second-seeded Robbinsville-Allentown (21-6) and advanced to the program’s first state final in just its third year.

Ridgewood 4 Ramapo 0 | Public North Final

No. 13 Ridgewood boys hockey defeated No. 15 Ramapo in Thursday’s Public-North final to win their second regional title in a row! The Maroons started out the game with a bang as freshman Mark Fuhrman scored 30 seconds into the first period off an assist from AJ LoSauro. They added two more in the late second period with Sam Sherman and Will LoSauro finding the back of the net. AJ finally added the game-clincher in the third off an assist from his brother. AJ and Will had identical scoring nights with one goal and two assists each, combining for six points.

The bigger story of the night, though, was the continuation of Maroons senior goalie Oliver Grant’s incredible postseason run. His 27 saves on Thursday were enough for his first career shutout! After posting a .86 save percentage in the regular season, he has a whopping .95 save percentage over his four postseason starts.

Ridgewood will look to win their first state title in program history when they face No. 11 Bridgewater-Raritan at the Prudential Center on Monday.
